I started my career as an insurance producer and learned the business the same way every great salesperson does—by getting in front of people, competing, and producing. I went on to earn multiple Producer of the Year honors before moving into leadership as a Director and Vice President of Sales.

Later, I entered the mortgage industry and originated nearly $10 million in my rookie year, earning Broker of the Month, Newcomer of the Year, and Rocket Mortgage’s Fastest to Clear to Close award.

But the biggest lesson from the highs and lows of my career wasn’t about sales. It was about leadership.

Questions?

Do I need insurance or sales experience?

No. You don’t even need to be licensed when you start. Victory Financial can help guide you through the licensing process, prepare for your state exam, and get set up to begin your career. From there, you’ll receive onboarding, live training, mentorship, and hands-on sales coaching.

How long does it take to get licensed?

Many motivated candidates complete the licensing process in one to two weeks. Timing varies by state, testing availability, and how quickly you complete the required coursework.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. Our Remote Start track is designed for agents building from virtually anywhere in the country, subject to state licensing, carrier appointments, and product availability.

Are leads, technology, and systems provided?

New agents receive lead support during their initial ramp-up period so they can begin learning the process and gaining real sales experience. As you grow, you’ll have access to our in-house lead system, trusted and vetted lead partners, technology, coaching, and the sales systems we use to produce consistently.

How are agents compensated?

Agents work as independent contractors with uncapped commission potential, production incentives, leadership compensation, and additional upside as their business grows. Commissions are paid directly by the insurance carriers on the business you write—not by Victory Financial—giving you full visibility into your contracts, commission levels, and compensation.

Can I build and lead a team?

Yes. You can remain focused on personal production or choose to recruit, develop, and lead an organization of your own. How far you build is up to you, with opportunities to grow beyond individual sales into leadership and ownership.

Is this a pyramid scheme or MLM?

No. Victory Financial is not a pyramid scheme or traditional MLM. Insurance is a highly regulated industry, with licensing and oversight at the state level and strict carrier requirements for compliance, continuing education, and training. Agents are compensated for legitimate insurance business they write, with commissions paid directly by the carriers.

How fast can I start earning?

Once you’re licensed, appointed, and actively working leads, you can begin earning immediately. Depending on the carrier and when a policy is issued and funded, commissions can often be paid within days—not months.
